• The tungsten carbide seal ring can be divided into both of the rotating seal ring and static seal ring, and constitutes mechanical seal together with the spring,rubber seal ring and steel jacket.

• It's mainly used for waste water pump, water discharge pump for the mines, centrifugal pump, slag slurry pump and slurry pump in the adverse working conditions of high speed rotating,sand flush abrasion and corrosion.

• The seal ring is installed on the pump body and rotating axle, and forms through the end face of the rotating and static ring a liquid or gas seal.
Tungsten carbide roll rings are the standard application in high speed wire rod finishing block and is getting more popular in some other hot and cold forming applications.
Tungsten carbide material has good conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance and high density of 16 g/cm3 to 18.5 g/cm3.Cemented carbide also has very good mechanical strength, small coefficient of thermal conductivity, large expansion coefficient and elastic coefficient.
